CURRENT OPEN positions:

SITE MANAGER: Collaborate with our community partners to ensure that free snacks and lunch are distributed to kids and teens from Harwich to Provincetown. Core responsibilities include leading a group of Food 4 Kids staff, overseeing compliance with USDA and MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) rules/regulation, and maintaining daily communication with the community sites to meet their needs.

  • This is a part-time seasonal position running Spring - Fall with a minimum hourly rate of $24:

  • 1-5 hrs/week, May – June

  • 20-30 hrs/week Mon - Fri, the last week of June through August (8/9 AM to 2/3 PM)

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT: Assist the Operations and Kitchen Managers to ensure meals are prepared and packed for delivery to the community sites efficiently, safely and on time. Oversee the Grab and Go distribution of free lunch at the Church of the Holy Spirit. Assist the Site Manager with miscellaneous end of day tasks.This role represents the brand of Food 4 Kids through daily interaction with kids + teens receiving meals, community-based personnel at each site, volunteers, and the public.

This is a part-time seasonal position running from the end of June - August, ranging from 20 to 40 hours/week with a minimum hourly rate of $18.

SITE LIAISON (3): Serve as a Food 4 Kids liaison for one or two of our community partners from Harwich to Provincetown, to deliver and serve free meals according to MA state-mandated guidelines. This role represents the brand of Food 4 Kids through daily interaction with kids + teens receiving meals, community-based personnel at each site, and the public.

This is a part-time seasonal position running from the end of June - August, ranging from 15-20 hours/week with a minimum hourly rate of $18.

It has been uplifting to have spent our 2nd summer volunteering for Food 4 Kids. All was so well organized and the people we volunteered with were dedicated to our community.
