Food 4 Kids Completes 12th Season Feeding Hungry Children

For some, the summer says lobster rolls and clam chowder — but for others the food focus is on hungry kids. Food4Kids just completed its 12th season under a new director, and delivered more than 700 meals daily this year reflecting the widespread food insecurity on Cape Cod.

I am so glad that the town of Orleans is so fortunate to have this program available to the youth and community. I want to thank everyone at Food 4 Kids for their hard work and commitment to success. We in Orleans look forward to working with everyone again next summer.
— Alan Harrison, Orleans Recreation Director
